Jeweller kidnapping case: 4 crore ransom in Ahmedabad

On 1st July afternoon, Eight Kidnappers comes in cars like BMW and Range Rover and kidnapped Mumbai famous jeweller Bhupendra Hargovdas Majethia. Kidnapper asked ransom of 4.32 crore in 22 cheques and in writing Notary.

After kidnapping, they brawl and go to Vihat Farm near Ahmedabad. Bhupendra contact and receive cheque book through Angadia ( Hawala ) from Mumbai and writes 18 different cheques with valued over 4.32 crore which was ransom amount receive to kidnappers.

Kidnappers received cheques, Notary was done, they release Bhupendra next day and warn him not to contact police.

On Friday, Bhupendra came from Mumbai and registered a complaint in Ghatlodia Police Station against kidnappers names includes:

  1. Jaydeep Dhirajlal Thakkar
  2. Jaineesh Bipin Patel
  3. Paras Rasik Trivedi
  4. Krunal Joshi
  5. Sem Bharwad
  6. Sachin Patel
  7. Dhaval Thakkar
  8. Virudra ( Driver )

A policeman, while patrolling, saw Jaineesh Bipin Patel and five others & got alcohol bottles from their cars near Prabhat Chowk, Ghatlodia.

Kidnappers have cars like BMW and Range Rover etc., so there’s possibilities that other cases or fraudulent activities may comes out in future if police strictly take actions against all of them.
