This research published in the journal ‘Depression and excitement’. The research surveyed a total of 13,626 people who consumed different types of chocolate.
The survey found that people who consumed any kind of dark chocolate within 24 hours had a 70% reduction in depression symptoms compared with those who did not eat chocolate.
