PV Sindhu Is in the final of World C’ships

PV Sindhu the Indian Shuttler at least assured a silver for the country as she defeated World No. 3 Chen of China 21-7 21-14 in a 40 – minute semifinal.

Now the 24-year-old Indian will face either 2013 world champion Ratchanok Intanon of Thailand or 2017 winner Nozomi Okuhara from Japan in the summit clash on Sunday.

PV Sindhu to IANS ” Yes, I am happy but the final is still left. This game was good and I took lead from the very beginning and maintained it till the end. I know it is not going to be easy and so, I have to go back and prepare for it.”
