Olympic medalist Yogeshwar Dutt and hockey player Sandeep Singh join BJP

Yogeshwar Dutt, the wrestler who has made India famous at the Olympic Games and former captain of the Indian Hockey team, Sandeep Singh, has joined the BJP.

Both these players have joined the BJP just before the Haryana Assembly elections. Both players have joined the BJP in the presence of Haryana BJP President Subhash Barala.

It may be mentioned that the Assembly elections will be held on October 21 on 90 seats in Haryana and the result will be announced on October 24. The notification for the assembly elections will be announced on September 27. The term of the Haryana Legislative Assembly is set to end on November 2.

Former Indian hockey team captain Sandeep Singh said, “I have been influenced by Prime Minister Modi and have joined politics. His honesty has attracted me to the party. Both the Prime Minister and the Haryana CM are doing a lot for the youth. If the party deems me capable of contesting, I will surely fight.

Also, Yogeshwar Dutt said that as a youth, I want to work for the nation. PM Modi canceled Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, I am very impressed with what he has achieved. The whole country is happy after Article 370 was removed.
