Pakistan Violates ceasefire Along the LoC, Jammu & Kasmir

Heavy firing by Pakistan again in the Poonch of Jammu and Kashmir. The shooting targeted Pakistan’s Indian villages and military outposts.

A Defense Ministry spokesperson said that Pakistan suffered heavy bombardment at Balakot in the Mandhar sector at 3:30 pm and damaged local villages.

Six people were injured as Pakistan violated the ceasefire, including a 12-year-old kid.

This year, Pakistan has violated arms ceasefire 2000 times.

For the past few years, Pakistan has been constantly firing. Since the abolition of Article 370, the proportion has increased.

On the other hand, border security has also been enhanced. Indian soldiers also responded aggressively to the Pakistani military’s firing on Sunday.

At the same time, India has also increased pressure on Pakistan to prevent a ceasefire.

India has repeatedly called upon the neighbouring country to ask its forces to adhere to the 2003 ceasefire understanding and maintain peace and tranquillity along the LoC and the International Border.
