PNB Housing Finance signs deal with Japan International Cooperation Agency to raise RS 570 Crore with Co-financing of RS 190 Crore by Citi Bank.

This deal is to finance the company mortgage loans in affordable housing segment.

Loan spread expected to be within guided range of 200 to 215 BPS for current financial year.

This would be JICA’s first debt funding in the Housing Finance Sector in India. We look forward to having a long term relationship with them.

As on March 31, 2020, PNB Housing Finance maintained sufficient liquidity of around 75.88 Billion Rupees.
