Indian filmmaker Nishikant Kamat hospitalised in Hyderabad

Indian Filmmaker Nishikant Kamat is unwell and admitted to the hospital in Hyderabad.

Reportedly, Kamat suffered from liver cirrhosis in the past and that has relapsed. When his condition worsened, he was immediately hospitalised.

Kamat is known for directing Bollywood films like the Ajay Devgn-Tabu starrer “Drishyam“, Irrfan Khan-starrer “Madaari” and the John Abraham starrers “Force” and “Rocky Handsome”, among others. He made his directorial debut with Marathi film ‘Dombivali Fast’ in 2005.

NIshikant Nishikant Kamat was recently seen in a negative role in the John Abraham-starrer Rocky Handsome, released in 2016.

Apart from that, he has acted in Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, Fugay and Julie 2. NIshikant Kamat was working on his next, Darbadar, which was expected to release in 2022.
